Kingley Health specifically provides Medical Fitness Therapy, Medical Nutrition, and Behavior Counseling comprehensively integrated within a Wellness Environment. We help our clients lose weight, get active, and treat medical conditions where diet and fitness are proven effective.
We are seeking Fitness Specialists to join our growing Medical Fitness Division in Piscataway and Iselin, NJ.
The fitness specialist will be working closely with a registered dietician to develop a plan of care of each of our clients. Fitness specialists conduct state-of-the-art fitness testing and assessments covering VO2 max, RMR, body composition, muscular strength, endurance, flexibility and stability. Based on the evaluation and clients objectives, you will be instrumental in the development their exercise prescription. In conjunction to developing exercise programs, you will be instructing the client how to implement the exercise program, as well as administer regular reviews to monitor progress, compliance and ensuring clients achieve optimal clinical results.
Requirements: Candidates will hold a minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology or the equivalent and be current in CPR/AED. National fitness certifications a plus. Certified in group fitness a plus. You will have an outgoing personality, be a good motivator and demonstrate energy, passion, enthusiasm and a sense of humor. You will be a team player who will work well with our team of exercise physiologists, registered dietitians and social workers. We value a strong work ethic, the ability to have fun, and those who are self-starters. BTS certified, TRX certified, HKC/RKC certified a plus.
