Western Athletic Clubs is currently accepting applications for the position of Executive Administrative Assistant. This position offers the opportunity to work directly with the WAC Executive Team on a daily basis, and is a gateway to career growth with the Company. Our ideal candidate is highly motivated with the ability to handle a wide variety of duties and situations. This position is responsible for managing confidential and time sensitive material in a fast paced, dynamic setting. This is a prime opportunity for a hardworking professional to both support and learn from the best! Position responsibilities include but are not limited to: -Meeting, event, and travel planning -Draft agendas, meeting notes and other communications -Daily correspondence with employees and members -Process weekly expense reports and invoices -Manage phone calls and office visitors -Liaison for the team for all levels of our industry, investor group, membership, etc.
Annual salary: $32K-$35K DOE plus benefits
Requirements: Qualified candidates will possess the following skills, abilities and experience: -Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment -Ability to take direction simultaneously from multiple executives -Confident, assured manner and the ability to interact with a wide variety of people -Mature-minded individual with a friendly and professional demeanor -Exceptional customer service skills -Enthusiastic and dependable team player -Well organized and highly detail oriented -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint -Passion for our industry, and for delivering the best -Bachelors Degree preferred -Minimum 3 years Executive Admin experience
