The Career Collection recruiting services will include 3 different options:

1. Executive Search where FitnessJobs.com and The Career Collection team will interview and screen candidates and deliver to hiring managers the industries top talent. This would include everyone from a company president down to the fitness manager, Membership Director or even Personal Trainer level positions. Screening and assessment tests, employment verification and background checks can all be utilized in this search. This selection process can be done one position at a time for a negotiated fee based on the compensation of the position being filled.

2. Need quality employees? Need to hire faster? Need to manage your recruitment costs? Outsourcing may be for you. A new service will include a program where a club or small company will outsource the recruiting process to The Career Collection. Many small to mid-sized companies are using their Human Resources Manager for recruiting which can be tremendous drain on personnel. For a monthly fee, The Career Collection will develop an annual recruiting strategy, post job openings, collect and review resumes, and interview for all professional positions that a company is hiring for.

3. Evaluation and assessment of current company recruiting processes and procedures. After this evaluation process specific recommendations will be provided including: developing an annual recruiting plan, creating effective recruitment ads, establishing a realistic recruiting budget and creating competitive compensation, bonus and benefit plans.
